HOW LONG DO I HAVE FOR AN EXCHANGE / REFUND FROM STORES?
You have 30 days from the receipt for a refund or an exchange or credit note. Please note that return & exchange are limited on sale times.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE FOR AN EXCHANGE / REFUND ONLINE?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your parcel to hand the goods back to the courier for a refund or an exchange or credit note. Please note if you hand the parcel back to the courier outside of the 30 days from receipt we would not be able to accept the order back.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
Please include your order number or phone number on chatbox & request a return or exchange with required items details.
ARE THERE ANY PRODUCTS YOU DO NOT ACCEPT BACK?
Exceptions to the Returns Policy are swimming suits, accessories & classic shirts, also items sent back with a defined, strong odor such as strong cooking smells, cigarette smoke, etc.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
We do not offer free returns, all returns postage charges must be paid for by the customer, unless in cases where an item is faulty or incorrect.
In cases where the item is faulty or incorrect you must contact us on chatbox immediately so that we can arrange a collection through our courier.
Please note if you return your order, you will incur an additional shipping charge which will be deducted from your refund. And double shipping charge for exchange.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A REFUND AMOUNT?
In the case of a refund amount, the amount can be transferred via electronic wallet such as Vodafone cash.
HOW LONG WILL MY EXCHANGE/RETURN TAKE?
We aim to process all returns within 72 hours in Cairo & Giza – 5 to 7 days for governments of the item(s) being received.
